FAQs for Handmade Graphics Only

* If shipping, Shipping is charged at checkout on the website. If local pickup, then a public meetup is best and shipping is FREE. (Send us a message for local pickup and order details)

* Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, since everything is made to order. (not including holidays and weekends)

* Sizes: Any size of clothing is offered from Small- 3XL (some sizes may take longer than others).

* Colors: Vary**  White, Black, Grey, Light Blue, Light Pink, Burnt Orange, Sandy Tan, Hunter Green, Red, & Brown (special color requests can be done with a longer TAT). Also we offer: Heather Grey, Heather Red, and Heather Green. 

* Payment is accepted at checkout. If local pickup, payment must be received within 24 hours after request so that the order can be started. (Message us at wellrootedcreations@yahoo.com for cash app & Venmo info as both are accepted) 

* Care Instructions: It is best to wash your garment inside out with cold water. No fabric softener or bleach. Tumble dry low or hang/lay flat to dry. This will keep your graphic item looking the best. 

* Return policy: As of right now, all items can be returned as long as the item hasn't been worn or damaged & is smoke free. Please notify us as soon as you get your order within 14 business days of receiving the purchased item regarding your concern. You must pay for your own return shipping. The exchange will incur no additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier you choose is your choice and you are responsible for tracking your return item. 

* Bleaching of any style shirt/sweatshirt can be different than what appears in the picture. No two shirt styles will be the same. (If you want your item bleached, please message us).
